摘   要：目的  研究小切口手術(shù)聯(lián)合可調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)壓治療在非哺乳期乳腺炎治療中的療效。 方法  選擇隨州市婦幼保健院2015年11月～2016年11月收治的非哺乳期乳腺癌患者86例，按照隨機(jī)分為對照組與研究組，各43例。對照組采用小切口手術(shù)治療，研究組采用小切口手術(shù)聯(lián)合可調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)壓治療，比較兩組患者的臨床療效與手術(shù)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。 結(jié)果  研究組臨床總有效率93.02%，高于對照組65.12%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。研究組手術(shù)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。研究組術(shù)后滿意度95.35%，優(yōu)于對照組69.77%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  通過對非哺乳期乳腺炎患者實(shí)施小切口手術(shù)聯(lián)合可調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)壓治療，有效緩解臨床癥狀。

　　Clinical Effect of Small Incision Operation Combined with Adjustable Negative Pressure in the Treatment of Non-lactation Mastitis

　　Abstract：Objective  To study the efficacy of small incision operation combined with adjustable negative pressure in the treatment of non-lactation mastitis.Methods  86 patients with non-lactation breast cancer were selected from November 2015 to November 2016 in Suizhou maternal and child health hospital and randomly divided into control group and study group，43 cases each.The control group was treated with small incision operation，while the study group was treated with small incision operation combined with adjustable negative pressure，the clinical efficacy and surgical indexes between the two groups was compared.Results  The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 93.02%，which was higher than that of the control group 65.12%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.All the indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The degree of postoperative satisfaction in the study group was 95.35%，which was better than that of the control group 69.77%，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  The clinical symptoms can be effectively alleviated by small incision operation combined with adjustable negative pressure therapy for the patients with non-lactation mastitis.

　　乳腺炎屬于臨床女性常見疾病，病因是由于乳汁淤積而導(dǎo)致的細(xì)菌感染，患者由于乳汁過多，排乳不暢，乳汁會造成淤積成塊[1]。而非哺乳期乳腺炎是指患者在非妊娠期、非哺乳期的慢性乳腺炎癥疾病，臨床上病程較長，治療時(shí)間較為漫長[2]。發(fā)病時(shí)嚴(yán)重影響患者生活，降低生活質(zhì)量�？赏ㄟ^B超檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)腫塊，或細(xì)針穿刺活檢抽的膿液。臨床治療為在手術(shù)中切除病變組織，再通過藥物治療。因此本文研究小切口手術(shù)聯(lián)合可調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)壓治療在非哺乳期乳腺炎中的治療，現(xiàn)將結(jié)果報(bào)道如下。
