摘   要：目的  探究腹腔鏡下多囊腎去定減壓術(shù)的應(yīng)用效果，為今后臨床治療提供可靠的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法  選取佳木斯市中心醫(yī)院泌尿外科2015年2月～2017年2月收治的44例多囊腎患者，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，每組22例。觀察組接受腹腔鏡下去頂減壓術(shù)治療，對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)開腹手術(shù)方案。觀察兩組患者術(shù)前術(shù)后血壓，血清尿素氮，肌酐水平等，對(duì)治療結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果  20例術(shù)前患有高血壓的患者，均口服降壓藥物治療，其中12例患者聯(lián)合服用降壓藥物，8例單一服用降壓藥物，術(shù)后20例服用高血壓藥物的患者用藥劑量均下降，12例聯(lián)合服用降壓藥物的患者，4例改為單一用藥，8例維持原來用藥種類，但劑量減少。8例單一服藥的患者2例停藥，6例減少劑量;兩組患者術(shù)后血壓、腰腹疼痛評(píng)分、血清尿素氮水平、肌酐均較術(shù)前明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;組間比較上，觀察組的術(shù)后血壓、腰腹疼痛評(píng)分、血清尿素氮水平、肌酐均低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  腹腔鏡多囊腎去頂減壓術(shù)治療的效果顯著，疼痛輕，術(shù)后康復(fù)快，值得在臨床上推廣使用。

　　Application of Laparoscopic Polycystic Kidney Decompression

　　Abstract：Objective  To explore the application effect of laparoscopic polycystic kidney decompression，and to provide reliable experience for clinical treatment in the future.Methods  From February 2015 to February 2017，44 patients with polycystic kidney were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 22 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic decompression，while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery.The blood pressure，serum urea nitrogen and creatinine levels were observed before and after operation in both groups.Results  20 patients with hypertension before operation were treated with oral antihypertensive drugs，among them，12 patients were treated with antihypertensive drugs，8 patients took antihypertensive drugs alone.After the operation，the dosage of 20 patients with hypertension medication decreased，12 patients who took antihypertensive drugs together，4 cases changed to single medication，and 8 cases maintained the original kinds of drugs，but the dosage decreased.8 cases of patients，2 cases of single drug withdrawal，6 patients had a dose reduction;two groups of patients with postoperative blood pressure，waist pain score，serum urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly decreased，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;comparison between groups，blood pressure，waist pain score， serum blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in the observation group after operation were lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  Laparoscopic polycystic kidney decompression is effective，with mild pain and quick postoperative recovery.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
