[摘要]目的 探討雌二醇屈螺酮片聯(lián)合坤泰膠囊治療絕經(jīng)期綜合征的效果。方法 選取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的124例絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者作為研究對象，按照隨機原則將其分為兩組，每組各62例。對照組患者采用雌二醇屈螺酮片治療，研究組患者采用雌二醇屈螺酮片聯(lián)合坤泰膠囊治療。比較兩組患者治療前后的總膽固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、骨密度、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度及改良Kupperman評分變化情況。結(jié)果 就診時，兩組患者的改良Kupperman評分、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。治療后3個月，研究組患者的改良Kupperman評分低于就診時及對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），但兩組患者的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。研究組患者的脊椎、股骨頸骨密度均高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。研究組患者的TG、HDL-C高于對照組，TC低于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者采用雌二醇屈螺酮片聯(lián)合坤泰膠囊治療，效果更為理想，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Estradiol and Drospirenone Tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 124 patients with menopausal syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects and they were divided into two groups according to the random principle，each with 62 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with Estradiol and Drospirenone Tablets，and the patients in the study group were treated with Estradiol and Drospirenone Tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules.The changes of total cholesterol （TC），triglyceride （TG），high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C），bone density，endometrial thickness and modified Kupperman score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results At the time of diagnosis，the improved Kupperman score and the thickness of endometrium were not statistically significant in both groups （P>0.05）.3 months after treatment，the improved Kupperman score in the study group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05），while there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups （P>0.05）.The density of spine，femoral bone and cervical bone in the study group were higher than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.The TG and HDL-C in the study group were higher than that in the control group，and TC was lower than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect Estradiol and Drospirenone tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome is more favorable，which is worthy of promotion and application.
