[摘要]目的 探討右美托咪定復(fù)合小劑量丙泊酚在無痛纖支鏡檢查中的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2016年7月～2017年7月收治的80例患者作為研究對象，以住院尾號單雙號的形式分為研究組和對照組，各40例。研究組給予右美托咪定復(fù)合小劑量丙泊酚，對照組給予2.5 mg/kg丙泊酚注射。比較兩組的麻醉蘇醒時間、麻醉誘導(dǎo)時間、定向力恢復(fù)時間、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 研究組麻醉后的麻醉蘇醒時間、麻醉誘導(dǎo)時間和定向力恢復(fù)時間短于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。研究組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 在無痛纖支鏡檢查中實施右美托咪定復(fù)合小劑量丙泊酚效果顯著，能夠有效縮短麻醉誘導(dǎo)時間和麻醉蘇醒時間，同時不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生較少，患者麻醉安全性好，值得臨床推廣。

　　Clinical analysis of Dexmedetomidine combined with small dose Propofol in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy

　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with small dose of Propofol in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods 80 patients with painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the form of the single and double number of the inpatient number，40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Dexmedetomidine and low dose of Propofol，and the control group was given 2.5 mg/kg Propofol injection.The time of anesthesia recovery，the time of anesthesia induction，the recovery time of directional force and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of anesthesia recovery，the time of anesthesia induction and the recovery time of the directional force in the study group were shorter than those in the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with low dose of Propofol is significant in the treatment of painless bronchoscopy，which can effectively shorten the time of anesthesia induction and the time of anesthesia awakening.At the same time，the adverse reaction is less and the anesthesia is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.

　　纖維支氣管鏡檢查是臨床上對于肺部疾病常用的檢查方法，通過將支氣管鏡放入支氣管或者肺部，有效了解患者的病情和具體的疾病，同時判斷病變部位，有利于臨床選取有效的方式進行治療；而在纖維支氣管鏡的檢查中，由于是侵入性操作，因此需要對患者進行適當?shù)穆樽�，從而有利于臨床順利檢查。不同的麻醉藥物對患者的影響不同，本研究在纖維支氣管鏡檢查中實施右美托咪定復(fù)合小劑量丙泊酚進行麻醉，對其臨床效果進行分析，現(xiàn)將具體內(nèi)容報道如下。
