[摘要]目的 探討中醫(yī)定向透藥治療聯(lián)合布地奈德霧化佐治支氣管肺炎的臨床效果。方法 選取本院2013年10月～2016年10月收治的支氣管肺炎患者196例，將其隨機(jī)分為兩組。對(duì)照組98例實(shí)施布地奈德霧化療法，觀察組98例實(shí)施中醫(yī)定向透藥治療聯(lián)合布地奈德霧化療法。結(jié)果 治療后，兩組的C反應(yīng)蛋白、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、中醫(yī)癥狀與體征積分降低，觀察組治療后的C反應(yīng)蛋白、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、中醫(yī)癥狀與體征積分均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。觀察組的總有效率高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。觀察組的退熱時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間、氣喘消失時(shí)間、肺部濕啰音消失時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。兩組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 中醫(yī)定向透藥治療聯(lián)合布地奈德霧化佐治支氣管肺炎的效果顯著且安全性高。

　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical effect of Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy combined with Budesonide atomization treating auxiliarily bronchopneumonia.Methods 196 patients with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups.98 patients treated Budesonide atomization were selected as the control group while 98 patients treated chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy combined with Budesonide atomization were selected as the observation group.Results After treatment，C reactive protein，white blood cell count，TCM symptoms and signs integral were decreased in the two groups and the above-mentioned indexes in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）.The antipyretic time，cough disappeared time，wheezing disappearance time，pulmonary rales disappeared time，hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy combined with Budesonide atomization have significant effect in treatment for bronchopneumonia and high safety.

　　支氣管肺炎是一種急性下呼吸道疾病，高發(fā)于嬰幼兒[1-2]，具有起病急、病情進(jìn)展快、病情重等特點(diǎn)，可嚴(yán)重危及患兒的生命安全。臨床治療中，西醫(yī)用藥較多，但易選擇抗生素類藥物，有可能導(dǎo)致各種耐藥菌的產(chǎn)生，進(jìn)而影響患兒的預(yù)后[3]。中醫(yī)認(rèn)為[4-5]，中藥治療在小兒支氣管肺炎的治療中發(fā)揮重要作用，但湯藥本身的口感問題和小兒治療依從性差等問題，會(huì)影響治療效果，因而亟待尋求一種更有效的方法，在確�；純核幬锆熜У耐瑫r(shí)，提高其配合治療的積極性。
