[摘要]目的 探討正畸聯(lián)合種植治療先天性缺失牙的臨床效果。方法 選取遼寧省大連市友誼醫(yī)院及大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院口腔科2015年2月20日～2016年7月30日收治的先天性缺失牙患者100例作為研究對象，根據(jù)治療措施分為對照組、實(shí)驗(yàn)組，每組50例。對照組實(shí)施牙體種植治療，實(shí)驗(yàn)組同時接受正畸治療和種植治療，比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組的總有效率（96.00%）明顯高于對照組（76.00%）（P<0.05）。兩組治療后的咀嚼功能和語言功能均較治療前改善，實(shí)驗(yàn)組的咀嚼功能、語言功能改善程度優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。實(shí)驗(yàn)組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 先天性缺失牙患者接受正畸與種植聯(lián)合治療，可取得較好的效果，促進(jìn)患者缺失牙相關(guān)功能的恢復(fù)，且具有較高的安全性，意義重大。

　　Clinical effect of orthodontics combined implantation in the treatment of congenital missing teeth

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with implantation in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.Methods A total of 100 patients with congenital missing teeth who were admitted into the Department of Stomatology in Dalian Friendship Hospital and the Second Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University from February 20，2015 to July 30，2016 were selected as the research subjects.According to the differences of treatment measures，the patients were divided into the control group （n=50） and experimental group （n=50）.The control group was given dental implantation treatment，and the experimental group was given orthodontic treatment and implantation treatment at the same time.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.00% in the experimental group，which was significantly higher than that of 76.00% in the control group （P<0.05）.The chewing function and language function of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment.The improvement degree of chewing function and language function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group （P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion Patients with congenital missing teeth receiving orthodontics combined with implantation can achieve better results，which is able to promote the recovery of relevant function of missing teeth，and has a higher safety and great significance.
