[摘要] 目的 探討疏肝健脾方劑治療肝郁脾虛型脾胃病臨床療效及其對(duì)患者Hp清除和胃黏膜修復(fù)的影響效果。 方法 選擇2014年2月～2016年12月在我院治療的80例肝郁脾虛型脾胃病患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為兩組，對(duì)照組40例予以常規(guī)西藥治療，研究組40例予以常規(guī)西藥聯(lián)合疏肝健脾湯治療。比較兩組患者臨床療效、胃黏膜修復(fù)情況、臨床癥狀改善情況、Hp清除情況。 結(jié)果 研究組患者臨床總有效率（95.00%）顯著高于對(duì)照組（77.50%）（P<0.05）。研究組患者胃黏膜修復(fù)率（92.50%）顯著高于對(duì)照組（65.00%）（P<0.05）。研究組患者脘腹隱痛、腹部脹滿、食欲減退、噯氣反酸、神疲乏力、大便不調(diào)、胸脅脹痛、煩躁易怒、口苦咽干、失眠多夢(mèng)等臨床癥狀改善情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，且脘腹隱痛、食欲減退、神疲乏力等臨床癥狀改善率顯著高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。兩組患者Hp清除率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。研究組Hp清除率（92.50%）顯著高于對(duì)照組（67.50%）（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 疏肝健脾方劑治療肝郁脾虛型脾胃病可顯著改善患者臨床癥狀，清除Hp修復(fù)胃黏膜，療效確切，值得在臨床上推廣使用。

　　Clinical efficacy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen formula on treating liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease

　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen formula in the treatment of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease and its effect on the clearance of Hp and the recovery of gastric mucosa. Methods 80 patients of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease receiving treatment in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups. 40 cases were treated with conventional western medicine（control group）. 40 cases were treated with conventional western medicine combined with soothing liver and invigorating spleen decoction（study group）.The clinical efficacy，the recovery of gastric mucosa，the improvement of clinical symptoms and the clearance of Hp were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group（95.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.50%）（P<0.05）. The recovery rate of gastric mucosa in the study group（92.50%） was significantly higher than the control group（65.00%）（P<0.05）.The improvement of abdominal pain， abdominal distension， loss of appetite，belching，acid regurgitation， lassitude， abnormal stool， chest pain， irritability， mouth and throat pain，insomnia and other symptoms were better in the study group than the control group， and the improvement rate of abdominal pain， anorexia， lassitude and other clinical symptoms were significantly higher than that of control group（P<0.05）. There was a significant difference in Hp clearance rate between the two groups（P<0.05）. The Hp clearance rate of the study group （92.50%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （67.50%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion The soothing liver and invigorating spleen formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms， the clearance of Hp and the recovery of gastric mucosa in patients with liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease with curative effect， which is worth promoting in clinical use.
