China raises its reserve requirement ratio for large banks to prevent its economyfrom overheating
　　
　　The People"s Bank of China, thecentral bank, on May 10 raised thedeposit reserve requirement ratio forlarge commercial banks again--by0.5 percentage points.
　　This is the third time this year the centralbank raised the ratio, and is expected to freezeliquidity of more than 300 billion yuan ($44billion).
