　　從布拉格出發(fā),車行2個小時,便可到達捷克溫泉古鎮(zhèn)卡羅維發(fā)利。這是一個美麗得如同仙境般的小鎮(zhèn),上帝把這個小鎮(zhèn)賜予人間,是對人類的寵愛�！翱�羅維發(fā)利”的意思就是“查理溫泉”。進入19世紀(jì)以后,各國王室,貴族,名人們常常來此療養(yǎng)。
　　1358年,羅馬帝皇查理四世狩獵時,被這里的美麗景色和礦泉深深吸引,在此建立了療養(yǎng)地。到了16世紀(jì),小鎮(zhèn)已成為世界著名的溫泉旅游勝地,貝多芬、肖邦、歌德、馬克思等名人都曾一再地造訪這里。
　　這是一個名副其實的山坳小鎮(zhèn)。她依著平行的兩座山脈的山谷而建,隨著山的形勢變化著走向,兩岸通過石橋連接,清澈的特普拉河流水淙淙,不緊不慢地為這座小鎮(zhèn)終日地彈奏舒緩的樂曲。在小鎮(zhèn)只能步行。步行街于1640年火災(zāi)之后重建,雖歷經(jīng)幾百年風(fēng)雨,依然風(fēng)情萬種。許多餐館、商店,都曾經(jīng)是皇家、貴族的私人住宅,這里曾經(jīng)演繹過的故事,讓今天的游人在行走中浮幻出無數(shù)的聯(lián)想。
　　小鎮(zhèn)的出名,更多地是因為這里的溫泉。傳說當(dāng)年查理四世到此狩獵,一只小鹿被國王射傷逃逸,國王緊追不舍,小鹿走投無路,從懸崖上縱身跳入山下泉水中,水中立即升起一股白煙。不一會兒小鹿從水中跳出,傷口已愈合,并很快地消失在密林中。從此,人們就把此地命名為卡羅維發(fā)利,并為小鹿塑像紀(jì)念。這里共有17個泉眼,每分鐘可噴出2000多公升泉水。泉水中含有多種化學(xué)元素,對人體有益的礦物質(zhì)達30余種。
　　世界上的溫泉大多是供人洗浴的,而這里的泉水卻可以飲用。小鎮(zhèn)有一種特殊的商品,一種附有“吸嘴”的特制精美瓷杯,造型豐富多樣,以扁平白底花朵紋路的居多,小巧雅致,價格一般在2美元左右。游人大多要趁興買上一只,興致很高地在不同的泉口接水,逐一品嘗。人們沿著特普拉河兩岸的行步道邊走邊喝,像是濟公,感覺既怪異又十分地有趣,大家的性情似乎天真了許多。這就是小鎮(zhèn)的魅力。這種魅力表現(xiàn)在建筑、溫泉、山景和河流的交融。小鎮(zhèn)從里往外散發(fā)出一股令人深愛的美。這種美濃而不膩,恰到好處,無論哪一種文化狀態(tài)下的游人都會對此怦然心動,油然而生出一種找到精神家園的感動。

　　即使沒有著名的溫泉,這個不大的小城依舊散發(fā)著他獨特的魅力。建在峽谷之中的城市被四周綠色的山峰環(huán)繞,山坡上點綴著色彩鮮艷的房屋,山頭繚繞著的白色的霧氣讓這個城市披上了一種夢幻和神秘的色彩。這座城市仿佛是遠離喧囂的世外桃源,又像是童話中王子和公主生活的國度。特普拉河在城中靜靜流淌,河邊是著名的姆林斯卡柱廊,柱廊的屋頂上是代表12個月份的雕刻,下面則有露天演奏會,雖然駐足欣賞的游客不多,也許很少人能完整地聽完整首演奏,卻不影響樂手們的專注和投入。以音樂和細(xì)雨作背景,在河邊漫步,似乎是一種奢侈的享受,又似乎生活本來就該如此。
　　
　　Visiting the Small Town of Thermal Springs
　　
　　Starting from Prague, it takes two hours to drive a car to get to Karlovy Vary―an ancient town in the Czech Republic famous for its thermal springs, This small town is a fairyland endowed by God. “Karlovy Vary” literally means “Charles Thermal Spring.” In the 19th century, the royal families, noblemen and celebrities from many countries in Europe often came here for recuperation.
　　
　　Karlovy Vary is situated in a col of two parallel mountains. Therefore, its trend varies with the changes of the mountain trend. Stone bridges connect the two banks of the clear Tepla River, which slowly flows through the town. To travel in the town, you have to walk on foot. After a fire disaster, the pedestrian street was reconstructed in 1640. Despite of several hundred years of beating by wind and rain, it remains very attractive. Many restaurants and shops in the town used to be the private residences of the royal families and noblemen. The stories of what happened here enable the tourism tour around the town today to arouse much imagination.
　　The small town is renowned for its thermal springs. Legend has it that when King Charles IV was hunting here, a small deer was wounded by the king’s arrow and escaped. Charles chased the deer without stop. At the end of his road, the deer jumped into the spring water from the cliff. Instantly, a white smoke rises from the water. A moment later, when the deer jumped from the water, its wound had been healed and it soon it disappeared into the dense forest. Since then, people named this place Karlovy Vary and erected a statue for the small deer to commemorate it.
　　
　　There are 17 mountain springs in Karlovy Vary, which can spurt out more than 2,000 liters of water per minute. The spring water contains many kinds of chemical elements, among which more than 30 kinds are conducive to bodily health.
　　
　　Besides the thermal springs, the exquisite buildings in Karlovy Vary nowadays still show the magnificence of the peak time of the King Charles IV reign. During World War II, Karlovy Vary luckily escaped from the destruction of gun fire. The old buildings were therefore well preserved. So in the town there is almost no building constructed after World War II. Most of the baroque buildings still retain their original colors. Among the pine trees and blossoming flowers, there are many exquisitely-shaped small buildings. The pinnacles, green trees and red tiles glamorize each other and statues and memorial monuments can be seen everywhere. Staying among them, you will suddenly feel that human life can be used to experience everything and the value of our lives lie in just this kind of experience.
