摘 要： 分析了貴州省道真縣烤煙總揮發(fā)酸、總揮發(fā)堿和石油醚提取物總量特征及在不同等級(jí)的差異。結(jié)果表明，道真縣烤煙總揮發(fā)酸含量較低，變幅為0.06%～0.10%，平均值為0.08%，變異系數(shù)為14.41%；總揮發(fā)堿含量較高，變幅為0.26%～0.66%，平均值為0.40%，變異系數(shù)為29.82%；烤煙石油醚提取物含量較高，變幅為5.28%～7.56%，平均值為6.38%，變異系數(shù)為12.43%�？倱]發(fā)酸含量以中部煙葉相對(duì)較高，總揮發(fā)堿和石油醚提取物含量以上部煙葉相對(duì)較高。

　　Analysis on the Contents of Total Volatile Acids and Volatile Bases and Petroleum Ether Extract of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves Grown in Daozhen County

　　Abstract： The total volatile acids， total volatile bases and petroleum ether extract of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Daozhen county of Guizhou province and their differences at different grades were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of total volatile acids of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Daozhen county was lower ， ranged from 0.06% to 0.10%， averaged of 0.08% and variation coefficient of 14.41%. The contents of total volatile bases was relatively high， ranged from 0.26% to 0.66%，averaged of 0.40%，raviation coefficient of 29.82%. The contents of petroleum ether extract of flue-cured tobacco leaves was higher， ranged from 5.28%～7.56%，averaged of 6.38%，raviation coefficient of 12.43%. The contents of total volatile acids of central leaves is relatively higher， the contents of total volatile bases and petroleum ether extract of upper leaves was relatively higher.

　　煙草中揮發(fā)酸和揮發(fā)堿含量與煙草的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量密切相關(guān)，對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)煙氣酸堿平衡具有重要的作用[1-3]；石油醚提取物被認(rèn)為是形成煙草香味的重要來源，常作為衡量煙葉中致香物質(zhì)的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)[4]�？緹熆倱]發(fā)酸、總揮發(fā)堿和石油醚提取物的研究一直倍受關(guān)注[5-12]，但對(duì)貴州省道真縣初烤煙葉的研究報(bào)道較少。鑒此，筆者對(duì)道真縣初烤煙葉總揮發(fā)酸、總揮發(fā)堿和石油醚提取物含量進(jìn)行分析，旨在為合理使用道真縣煙葉原料提供參考。
　　1 材料和方法
　　1.1 材 料
　　試驗(yàn)材料為道真縣2003—2011年初烤煙葉樣品24個(gè)。烤煙等級(jí)分別為B2F（上橘二）、C2F（中橘二）、C3F（中橘三）、X2F（下橘二），品種為K326、云煙87。
　　1.2 方 法
　　揮發(fā)酸和揮發(fā)堿采用連續(xù)流動(dòng)法測(cè)定[13]，石油醚提取物總量采用索氏提取-稱重法測(cè)定[14]。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理采用Excel2007和SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件完成。多重比較采用Duncan’ multiple rang test法。圖1～3中英文大寫字母表示1%差異顯著性，英文小寫字母表示5%差異顯著性。
　　2 結(jié)果與分析
　　2.1 基本統(tǒng)計(jì)特征及變異分析
　　對(duì)道真縣烤煙的總揮發(fā)酸、總揮發(fā)堿和石油醚提取物總量的基本統(tǒng)計(jì)特征值見表1。烤煙揮發(fā)酸含量適宜時(shí)煙氣吸味醇和、香氣量大，道真縣烤煙總揮發(fā)酸含量平均值為0.08%，低于全國(guó)平均值[6]。煙草中揮發(fā)堿含量過高，會(huì)使煙氣產(chǎn)生較大的刺激性，而其含量過低，則煙氣平淡，道真縣烤煙總揮發(fā)堿含量為0.40%，是比較高的[7]�？緹熓�油醚提取物常作為評(píng)價(jià)煙草香味的重要指標(biāo)之一，一般要求含量不低于5.00 %，以高于7.00%為最佳[10]，道真縣烤煙石油醚提取物總量為6.38%，高于全國(guó)平均值[11]。
