摘 要：學(xué)校體育需要基于學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)的頂層設(shè)計(jì)做出變革以承擔(dān)起發(fā)展學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)的責(zé)任，需要緊緊圍繞體育課堂的轉(zhuǎn)向與體育教學(xué)實(shí)踐的轉(zhuǎn)變來(lái)讓核心素養(yǎng)落地。研究提出：（1）發(fā)展學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)對(duì)體育課堂提出的要求在于課堂中的體育學(xué)習(xí)必須是學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與式的體驗(yàn)，需要構(gòu)建生活化課堂與建立和諧的課堂互動(dòng)；發(fā)展學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)對(duì)體育教學(xué)提出的要求在于實(shí)現(xiàn)體育教學(xué)目標(biāo)、體育單元設(shè)計(jì)、體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容、體育教學(xué)策略、體育教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的轉(zhuǎn)變；（2）體育課堂的轉(zhuǎn)向應(yīng)從“注重學(xué)科”走向“關(guān)注學(xué)生”、從“傳統(tǒng)課堂”走向“深度課堂”、從“傳統(tǒng)預(yù)設(shè)”走向“動(dòng)態(tài)生成”、從“校內(nèi)課堂”走向“第二課堂”4個(gè)方面著手；體育教學(xué)目標(biāo)的敘寫、體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的組織、體育單元教學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)、體育教學(xué)策略的調(diào)控、體育教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的選擇5個(gè)方面是體育教學(xué)的重要轉(zhuǎn)變方向；（3）體育教師具備專業(yè)能力、體育教師主體賦權(quán)、體育教師核心素養(yǎng)理念的更新是體育課堂與教學(xué)變革的內(nèi)部保證；學(xué)校體育與家庭的聯(lián)動(dòng)、學(xué)校體育與社會(huì)體育實(shí)踐的聯(lián)系是體育課堂與教學(xué)變革的外部保障；課堂上要從教師的單一管理朝師生共同參與管理的方向轉(zhuǎn)變，這是體育課堂與教學(xué)變革的介質(zhì)調(diào)控。

　　Physical education classroom turning and teaching changing based on
　　developing student core attainments

　　Abstract： School physical education needs the top-level design based on developing student core attainments to make changes in order to take the responsibilities for developing student core attainments， and the landing of core attainments by closely focusing on physical classroom transformation and physical education teaching changing. The authors put forward the following opnions：1） the requirement put forward by developing student core attainments for physical education classrooms is that physical education learning in classroom must be the experience of students active participation， needs to build a living classroom and to establish harmonious classroom interaction； the requirement put forward by developing student core attainments for physical education teaching is to realize the changing of physical education teaching objectives， physical education unit design， physical education teaching contents， physical education teaching strategies and physical education teaching evaluation； 2） physical education classroom transformation should be carried out in such 4 aspects as going from “valuing the discipline” to “focusing on the students”， going from “tra-ditional classroom” to “in-depth classroom”， going from “traditional presetting” to “dynamic generation” and going from “on campus classroom” to “second classroom”； such 5 aspects as physical education teaching objective description， physical education teaching content organization， physical education unit teaching design， physical education teaching strategy regulation and physical education teaching evaluation selection are important directions of changing of physical education teaching； 3） professional abilities own by physical education teachers， the empowerment of physical education teachers as the subjects， and the updating of physical education teacher core attainments conception， are the internal guarantees of physical education classroom and teaching reform； the linking of physical education learning to family， and the connecting of school physical education to social physical education practice， are the external guarantees of physical education classroom and teaching reform； the changing of direction from undiversified management by the teacher to management joint participated by the teacher and students in classroom is the medium regulation of physical education classroom and teaching reform.
