護理本科生對《老年護理學》服務(wù)性學習課程模式的滿意度研究

  摘 要 目的:了解上海市杉達學院的護理本科學生對于《老年護理學》服務(wù)性學習課程模式的滿意度及具體評價,為課程改革提供依據(jù)。方法:于2015年1月采用自行設(shè)計的課程滿意度調(diào)查表對2012級的145名護理本科生進行調(diào)查,同時采用半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談法了解學生參與該項課程學習前后的心理體驗。結(jié)果:88.0%的學生認同老年護理學的學習課程模式,認為這種學習模式與理論學習內(nèi)容結(jié)合緊密,能夠加深學生對課程內(nèi)容的理解和掌握,有助于培養(yǎng)其自主學習能力和團隊合作能力。結(jié)論:《老年護理學》學習課程模式能夠改善傳統(tǒng)的老年護理課程教學的不足,順應(yīng)了我國老齡化社會的護理發(fā)展需求。

  Study on the satisfaction of the nursing undergraduates with the service learning curriculum mode of “geriatric nursing”

  ABSTRACT Objective: To understand the satisfaction and specific evaluation of the service learning curriculum mode of“geriatric nursing” in the nursing undergraduate students in Shanda College of Shanghai to provide the basis for the curriculum reform in the future. Methods: In Jan. 2015, 145 nursing undergraduates of grade 2012 were investigated with the selfdesigned curriculum satisfaction questionnaire, and at the same time the semi-structured interview method was used to understand the psychological experience of students before and after the study. Results: 88.0% of the students agreed with the learning curriculum mode of geriatric nursing, considered that this learning mode was closely related to the content of theoretical study, could deepen the students’ understanding and mastery of the course content and helped to cultivate the ability of autonomous learning and team cooperation. Conclusion: The learning curriculum mode of “geriatric nursing” can improve the shortcomings of the traditional teaching of geriatric nursing courses and conforms to the needs of nursing development in the aging society of China.

  我國老齡化形勢嚴峻,人口老齡化帶來的社會問題引發(fā)的各種矛盾日益突出,導致社會對老年?谱o理的需求大大增加,F(xiàn)階段護理專業(yè)本科生對于從事老年護理的職業(yè)認同感不高[1-2]。因此,在老年護理學課程教學中強化培養(yǎng)學生為老年人群提供護理服務(wù)的情感態(tài)度、知識和技能顯得尤為重要。
  傳統(tǒng)的以講授為主的教學存在以下不足:一是不能很好地解決學生為老年人服務(wù)的情感態(tài)度問題;二是對于一些老年護理的基本技能訓練不足,學生缺少實際應(yīng)用機會;三是部分老年常見疾病的教學內(nèi)容與前期成人護理學的內(nèi)容有一定交叉重復,學生學習積極性不高,學習效果不理想。
  服務(wù)性學習(service-learning,SL)起源于美國,目前已在多個國家和地區(qū)進行開展。課程中的服務(wù)性學習是指通過教育機構(gòu)與社區(qū)等合作,構(gòu)建由學習和提供服務(wù)的雙重目標組成的課程,課程中,學生通過為目標人群提供服務(wù),完成學習和服務(wù)目標,并且在服務(wù)過程中對所學知識進行積極反思[3-4]。上海杉達學院護理系將服務(wù)性學習模式引入了老年護理課程教學中,現(xiàn)將學生對本課程的滿意度及評價總結(jié)如下。
  1 對象與方法
  1.1 研究對象
  于2015年1月選取上海杉達學院護理系2012級本科三年級全部學生共145人進行滿意度調(diào)查和半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談。
