【摘要】 目的：研究與分析前列腺增生合并膀胱結石同期手術治療方式及療效。方法：回顧性分析2016年1月-2017年9月本院收治的54例前列腺增生合并膀胱結石患者的臨床資料，根據(jù)患者結石情況采取不同方式膀胱碎石（或取石）合并前列腺等離子電切術治療。觀察對比患者治療前及術后3個月IPSS評分、QOL評分、Qmax以及效果。結果：54例患者均一次性成功完成手術，術中平均出血量（85.8±59.1）mL、平均住院時間（13.5±3.5）d，未發(fā)生大出血及膀胱損傷。術后隨訪3個月，未發(fā)現(xiàn)真性尿失禁，無嚴重血尿，但出現(xiàn)2例感染，1例狹窄�；颊咝g后3個月的IPSS評分、QOL評分、平均Qmax較術前均明顯改善，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（t=17.3、30.1、28.4，P=0.00、0.00、0.00）。結論：前列腺合并膀胱結石同期手術治療的效果非常顯著，具有安全性高、并發(fā)癥少等優(yōu)勢，且患者治療后遠期效果良好，值得臨床應用推廣。

　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study and analyze the homochronous operation treatment of hyperplasia of prostate and vesical calculus.Method：The clinical data of 54 patients with homochronous operation treatment of hyperplasia of prostate and vesical calculus in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed，the patients were treated by percutaneous pneumatic lithotripsy（or prcutaneous nephrolithotomy）and TUPKRP according to the patients’ stone.The IPSS score，QOL score，Qmax and effect were compared before treatment and after treatment 3 months.Result：54 patients were successfully treated by a one-time operation.The average blood loss was（85.8±59.1）mL and the average hospital stays were（13.5±3.5）d.
　　The patients were not occurred hemorrhoea and damage to the bladder in operation.After 3 months of follow-up，no real urinary incontinence was found，no severe hematuria was found，but there were 2 cases of infection and 1 case of stenosis.IPSS score，QOL score and mean Qmax of patients at 3 months after operation were significantly improved than those before operation，the differences were statistically significant（t=17.3，30.1，28.4；P=0.00，0.00，0.00）.Conclusion：The effect of the homochronous operation treatment of hyperplasia of prostate and vesical calculus is significant，it has high safety and less complications，and the long-term effect after treatment is good，it is worth popularizing in clinical application.

　　在臨床上，前列腺增生是一種常見病、多發(fā)病，且其對老年男性的生活質(zhì)量存在嚴重影響。而在前列腺增生疾病中，膀胱結石是一種常見并發(fā)癥，已有調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示，該病癥的發(fā)病率約為10%以上[1-3]。由于大多數(shù)前列腺增生患者均為老年人，其機體免疫功能減退，身體狀況相對較差，因而承受手術創(chuàng)傷的能力較小，所以選擇何種有效治療方法對其加以治療，則成為臨床關注的重點問題[4-5]。回顧性分析本院2016年1月-2017年9月收治的54例前列腺增生合并膀胱結石患者的臨床資料，進行了研究與分析，現(xiàn)報道如下。
