[摘要]目的 探討腰痹通聯(lián)合甲鈷胺治療腰椎間盤突出癥的效果。方法 選取2015年1月～2016年12月在我院接受治療的腰椎間盤突出癥患者94例作為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將其分為觀察組、對(duì)照組，每組47例。對(duì)照組患者單用甲鈷胺進(jìn)行治療，觀察組患者采用腰痹通膠囊聯(lián)合甲鈷胺進(jìn)行治療。觀察記錄兩組患者的總有效率、治療前后的視覺模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分、治療前后的血清丙二醛（MDA）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平。結(jié)果 觀察組治療4周后的總有效率高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，觀察組的VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組的血清MDA水平低于對(duì)照組，血清SOD水平高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腰痹通聯(lián)合甲鈷胺治療腰椎間盤突出癥的效果顯著，可有效提升患者的治療總有效率，在減輕患者疼痛、降低血清MDA水平和提升血清SOD水平方面均具有積極意義，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

　　[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the effect of Yaobitong combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 94 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the object of this study.They were divided into the observation group （n=47） and control group （n=47） according to the random number method.The patients in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin.The patients in the observation group were treated with Yaobitong Capsules and Mecobalamin.The total effective rate，VAS score before and after treatment，serum MDA and SOD level before and after treatment were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group after 4 weeks was higher than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.After treatment，VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.After treatment，serum MDA level in the observed group was lower than that of the control group，and serum SOD level was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Yaobitong combined with Mecobalamin treating lumbar disc herniation is significant.It can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment，in reducing the patients′ pain，reducing serum MDA level and enhancing the serum SOD level shows a positive significance.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
