[摘要]目的 觀察綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)老年骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者知信行的影響。方法 選取我院2015年5月～2016年9月收治的116例骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組（n=56）和觀察組（n=60）。對(duì)照組患者給予藥物治療和傳統(tǒng)健康教育，觀察組患者給予藥物治療和綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)。記錄兩組患者干預(yù)前、后及干預(yù)后1年對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松相關(guān)知識(shí)掌握情況、健康信念、健康行為情況，并進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 干預(yù)后，兩組患者骨質(zhì)疏松癥知識(shí)問卷得分、骨質(zhì)疏松癥健康信念問卷得分、骨質(zhì)疏松相關(guān)健康行為問卷得分比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。干預(yù)1年后，觀察組患者上述得分均高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.01），觀察組患者骨折發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 通過綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者知信行的長期影響有更積極的意義。

　　Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the knowledge，attitude and practice in the patients with senile osteoporosis

　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the knowledge，attitude and practice in the patients with senile osteoporosis.Methods 116 patients with osteoporosis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method，patients were divided into control group （n=56） and observation group （n=60）.The control group was given medical treatment and traditional health education，and the observation group was given medical treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention.The mastering level of the knowledge of osteoporosis，health attitude and health practice were recorded and evaluated before intervention，after intervention and one year after intervention in both groups.Results After the intervention，the scores of osteoporosis knowledge questionnaire，the scores of osteoporosis health attitude questionnaire and the scores of osteoporosis related health practice questionnaire were compared between the two groups，and the differences were not significantly different between the two groups （P>0.05）.One year after the intervention，the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.01）.The incidence rate of fractures in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The long-term effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the knowledge，attitude and practice in the patients with senile osteoporosis has a more positive significance.
