[摘要]目的 研究口腔正畸治療牙周病致前牙移位的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2013年3月～2015年5月收治的50例因牙周病引發(fā)的前牙移位患者為研究對象，在實施牙周病基礎(chǔ)治療的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行口腔正畸治療，比較治療前、治療結(jié)束和治療1年后患者的牙周袋深度，牙出血情況、前牙槽高度，前牙覆、覆蓋指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療結(jié)束時，患者的牙周袋深度，牙出血情況、前牙槽高度，前牙覆、覆蓋指標(biāo)，與治療前比較，均明顯改善（P<0.05），治療1年后復(fù)診時，上述指標(biāo)均保持良好。50例患者均順利完成治療，所有患者牙周膜間隙恢復(fù)正常，牙齒咬合吻合程度較高，牙齒松動情況改善，且符合患者的美觀要求。結(jié)論 口腔正畸治療牙周病致前牙移位，在牙周的控制方面效果較好，改善了患者的牙齒咀嚼功能，可保持牙齒美觀，臨床效果明顯，值得應(yīng)用于臨床并推廣。

　　Clinical effect analysis of orthodontic treating anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease

　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment treating anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods Fifty patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal diseases from March 2013 to May 2015 treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.On the basis of the basic treatment of periodontal disease，theorthodontic treatment was provided.The depth of periodontal pocket，tooth bleeding，anterior alveolar height，overlying and covering index of anterior teeth indexes were compared before treatment，end of treatment and after 1 year treatment.Results After treatment，at the end of treatment，the depth of periodontal pocket，tooth bleeding，anterior alveolar height，overlying and covering index of anterior teeth indexes were significantly improved compared with before treatment （P<0.05）.After 1 year treatment，the above indexes were all good.All 50 patients were successfully completed the treatment.All patients had normal periodontal ligament clearance.The anastomosis degree of tooth occlusion was higher，and the loosening of teeth was improved，which accords with the aesthetic requirements of patients.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment for anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease has a good effect on periodontal control.It improves the masticatory function of patients，maintains the beautiful periodontal appearance in a remarkable effect，and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

　　牙周病致前牙移位是臨床中常見的口腔疾病，發(fā)病原因是牙周支持組織受到損傷，患者的癥狀表現(xiàn)為前牙唇呈現(xiàn)扇形分散、前牙出現(xiàn)移位或前牙縫隙增加甚至脫落[1]。牙周病致前牙移位會使患者的咀嚼功能出現(xiàn)問題，牙齒美觀程度差，降低了患者的生活質(zhì)量。常規(guī)治療方法會因為牙周基礎(chǔ)治療不徹底而導(dǎo)致療效差，癥狀無法得到根本改善[2]。本文選取我院收治的50例牙周病致前牙移位患者進(jìn)行研究，在牙周基礎(chǔ)治療的基礎(chǔ)上實施口腔正畸治療，探討口腔正畸治療的臨床效果。
