[摘要]目的 綜合分析胰島素泵強化治療在2型糖尿病患者中的臨床效果及對血糖波動的影響。方法 選取2015年7月～2017年7月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作為研究對象，按照入院順序隨機分為實驗組（應(yīng)用短期胰島素泵強化治療）與對照組（應(yīng)用常規(guī)皮下注射胰島素治療），每組各40例。分析兩組患者治療前后的血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、平均血糖波動幅度以及糖化血紅蛋白、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)、血糖達標(biāo)時間以及達標(biāo)時的胰島素劑量。結(jié)果 治療前，兩組患者的血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、平均血糖波動幅度比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；治療后，實驗組患者的血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、平均血糖波動幅度顯著低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；實驗組患者血糖達標(biāo)時間顯著短于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；實驗組患者達標(biāo)時胰島素劑量顯著少于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；實驗組患者的糖化血紅蛋白、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)顯著低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 胰島素泵強化治療在2型糖尿病患者中的臨床效果顯著。

　　[Abstract]Objective To comprehensively analyze the clinical effect of intensive Insulin pump therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on blood glucose fluctuation.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects，and randomly divided into experimental group （short-term intensive Insulin pump therapy） and control group （routine subcutaneous injection of Insulin），40 cases in each group.The standard deviation of blood glucose before and after treatment，the average range of blood glucose fluctuation，the glycosylated hemoglobin，Insulin resistance index，the time of blood glucose reaching the standard，and the dose of Insulin on reaching the standard were analyzed.Results Before treatment，the standard deviation of blood glucose and average blood glucose fluctuation in the two groups were not statistically significant （P>0.05）.After therapy，the standard deviation and the average range of blood glucose fluctuation were significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.In the experimental group，the time of blood glucose reaching the standard was significantly shorter compared with that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The Insulin dose in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The glycosylated hemoglobin and Insulin resistance index in the experimental group were greatly lower in comparison of those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of intensive Insulin pump therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is remarkable.
