[摘要] 目的 探討歸脾湯加減在氣虛血瘀型慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者中的治療效果。方法 選擇2016年1月～2017年6月我院中醫(yī)內(nèi)科收治的136例氣虛血瘀型CHF患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組（n=68）與對(duì)照組（n=68），對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)抗心衰治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用歸脾湯治療，對(duì)比兩組患者臨床效果、心臟功能和靜脈血Pro-BNP及CRP變化。結(jié)果 觀察組有效率為98.5%（67/68），對(duì)照組有效率為82.4%（56/68），觀察組有效率高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）；兩組患者治療前LVEF、LVEDD以及LVESD比較均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P>0.05），治療后兩組LVEF增加（P<0.05），LVEDD以及LVESD降低（P<0.05），治療后觀察組LVEF高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05），LVEDD以及LVESD低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05），兩組患者治療前Pro-BNP及CRP比較無(wú)顯著差異（P>0.05），治療后兩組Pro-BNP及CRP均較治療前降低（P<0.05），觀察組治療后Pro-BNP及CRP低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 歸脾湯與傳統(tǒng)抗心衰藥物聯(lián)合用于氣虛血瘀型CHF的治療，能夠有效改善患者臨床癥狀體征，提高患者心功能，具有較好的臨床效果。

　　Clinical observation on Guipi decoction in treating chronic congestive heart failure with vital energy deficiency and blood

　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Guipi decoction on patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF） of vital energy deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods 136 patients with vital energy deficiency and blood-stasis type CHF who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group （n=68） and control group （n=68）， and control group took anti-heart failure treatment， the observation group took treatment based on the control group plus Guipi decoction. Clinical efficacy， cardiac function and venous blood Pro-BNP and CRP changes in both groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 98.5%（67/68） in observation group and 82.4% （56/68） in control group， and the effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group （P<0.05）. The LVEF increased in the two groups after the treatment （P<0.05） while LVEDD and LVESD decreased （P<0.05）， LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment （P<0.05）， LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in Pro-BNP and CRP between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）. The Pro-BNP and CRP decreased in the two groups after the treatment （P<0.05）， Pro-BNP and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Guipi decoction combined with traditional anti-heart failure drugs for the treatment of CHF with vital energy deficiency and blood stasis can effectively improve patients" clinical signs and symptoms and improve cardiac function， and has good clinical effect.
