2009年2月3日至7日，政協(xié)第十一屆青島市委員會第二次會議圓滿召開。在本次會議上，政協(xié)委員《關于加強網(wǎng)絡游戲監(jiān)管、防止青少年沉迷網(wǎng)絡游戲》的提案引起了全體委員的共鳴。這一提案以大量的調(diào)研案例和相關數(shù)字，揭示了網(wǎng)癮對青少年及其家庭和社會帶來的種種危害，呼吁以立法的形勢加強網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)管，給青少年創(chuàng)造健康、文明、有序的網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境，呵護青少年的精神家園。青島市政協(xié)主席孫德漢將這一議案整理后帶到了隨后召開的山東省政協(xié)十屆二次會議上，并表示將進一步補充完善該提案，提交到政協(xié)第十一屆全國委員會第二次會議。
　　
　　 21世紀是網(wǎng)絡的時代，網(wǎng)絡徹底顛覆了傳統(tǒng)的生活模式，網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟也成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟十分重要的組成部分，成為與能源、汽車、電信等傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)相比肩的主流經(jīng)濟，而網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟的重要支柱在于網(wǎng)游產(chǎn)業(yè)。網(wǎng)游時代全面來臨。網(wǎng)游產(chǎn)業(yè)在帶來巨大經(jīng)濟收益的同時，以“網(wǎng)癮”為突出代表的社會問題也隨之產(chǎn)生。青少年沉迷網(wǎng)絡游戲日益成為全社會關注的焦點。如何正確引導青少年進行健康的網(wǎng)絡生活，拒絕網(wǎng)癮，是值得全社會共同關心和探討的問題。

　　 From February 3 to 7, 2009, the Second Session of the 11th People"s Political Consultative Conference (PPCC) of Qingdao City was successfully held.
　　 During the session held this year, The Proposal on Strengthening Supervision on Online Games to Prevent Adolescents from Being Addicted to Online Games put forward by a member of the PPCC struck a chord with all of the other members. After amending this proposal, Sun Dehan, Chairman of the PPCC of Qingdao City agreed to bring it before the second session of the 10th PPCC of Shandong Province. He said that he would further improve this proposal and bring it before the second session of the 11th Chinese National PPCC.
