一、造反運(yùn)動

幾個人圍成一個圓圈。主持人說“左”，所有人轉(zhuǎn)頭向右。主持人說“右”，所有人轉(zhuǎn)頭向左。主持人說“抬頭”，則所有人低頭。主持人說“低頭”，則所有人抬頭。即參加人員須按照相反的口令進(jìn)行，出錯的人員下場。留下的兩個人獲勝。

二、蹲三五

一群人站成一排，從一開始，每到三和五的倍數(shù)就蹲一下，反應(yīng)慢或出錯的人罰下場，留下的兩個人獲勝。

三、搶椅子

臺上置三張椅子，邀請四個人上來，放DISCO音樂，四個人伴著音樂圍著椅子轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)音樂驟停時搶坐椅子，未坐到者淘汰；減一椅子，三個人續(xù)前動作，當(dāng)音樂驟停時搶坐兩張椅子，未坐到者淘汰；最后兩人搶坐一張椅子，坐到者為勝。

四、蘿卜蹲

幾個人分別代表一個蔬菜或水果,一人先開始,說“XX蹲,XX蹲,XX蹲完,XX蹲(另一人頭上帶的水果或蔬菜名)”，被叫的人依次循環(huán)，反應(yīng)慢或出現(xiàn)錯誤的人下場，留下兩個人為獲勝者。

獎品均為練習(xí)本。
