煙葉生產(chǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用

摘 要:為推動(dòng)智慧煙草農(nóng)業(yè)和智慧煙草政務(wù)發(fā)展,以煙葉生產(chǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建煙葉生產(chǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)管理信息系統(tǒng),建立煙草農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心;诘乩硇畔⑾到y(tǒng)(GIS)方法,建立南平煙區(qū)煙葉生產(chǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)管理信息系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)采用C/S模式,由基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施層、技術(shù)支持層、數(shù)據(jù)支撐層、業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用層和用戶層5個(gè)層次組成,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)南平煙區(qū)煙葉生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的多源、多格式數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)、管理及分析,能夠?yàn)槟掀綗焻^(qū)現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供精準(zhǔn)化的數(shù)據(jù)支持和平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)。尤其是系統(tǒng)提供了大數(shù)據(jù)與煙葉生產(chǎn)實(shí)際需求結(jié)合的煙田精準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)分管理模型框架,2016年預(yù)測(cè)產(chǎn)量與實(shí)際產(chǎn)量偏差為15.64 kg/hm2,模型模擬效果較好。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了GIS基礎(chǔ)功能、空間數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)處理與分析等功能,是南平煙草農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái),為南平煙區(qū)煙葉生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展以及未來面向“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的應(yīng)用服務(wù)擴(kuò)展提供了基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)支持。

Abstract: Big data management information system for tobacco production can provide crucial foundation in the processes of intelligent tobacco agriculture and smart tobacco management. In this study, a big data management information system was designed and used in the Nanping tobacco planting area by using the geographic information system (GIS). The system was built under a scheme of C/S mode containing 5 layers of basic device layer, technical support layer, data support layer, implementation layer and user layer. Multi-source and multi-format big data generated in the process of tobacco production were managed, stored and analyzed with one unified data standard. The system achieved a standardized and integrated flow (including data storing, management and analysis) of big data derived from the process of tobacco production, and thereby can provide accurate decision support and basic platform to modern tobacco agriculture of the Nanping tobacco planting area. In particular, the system provided a nutrient management model to optimize the process of tobacco production. The simulation of the model was good with a deviation of 15.64 kg/ha between the predicted and the actual yield in 2016. Based on the scheme and datasets mentioned above, the system integrated GIS basic functions, spatial data management, data process and analysis functions, and consequently achieved a foundation platform for further service extension of internet + agriculture and modern tobacco agriculture specifically.
《全國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化規(guī)劃(2016—2020年)》[1]在智慧農(nóng)業(yè)引領(lǐng)工程中明確指出:“建設(shè)全球農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查分析系統(tǒng),改造升級(jí)國家農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心,建設(shè)基于衛(wèi)星遙感-航空無人機(jī)-田間觀測(cè)一體化的農(nóng)業(yè)遙感應(yīng)用與研究中心”。智慧煙草農(nóng)業(yè)是智慧農(nóng)業(yè)的重要組成部分,更是智慧煙草政務(wù)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)情況,智慧政務(wù)安全域的劃分結(jié)構(gòu)一般分為三部分:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)區(qū)、政務(wù)外網(wǎng)區(qū)及專網(wǎng)(內(nèi)網(wǎng))托管區(qū)[2]。其中,為保證煙葉生產(chǎn)過程大數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)安全,專網(wǎng)(內(nèi)網(wǎng))托管區(qū)主要負(fù)責(zé)煙葉生產(chǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、管理及大數(shù)據(jù)分析計(jì)算,涉及種植、采收、烘烤等多個(gè)過程,涵蓋生態(tài)條件、管理措施、田間調(diào)查、采烤工藝及質(zhì)量安全評(píng)價(jià)等一系列大數(shù)據(jù)信息。因此,構(gòu)建煙葉生產(chǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)管理信息系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同來源及格式的大數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)、管理和分析,是推進(jìn)煙草農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和智慧煙草政務(wù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)。
