基于GECA的成品煙葉內(nèi)在化學(xué)成分聚類分析

  摘要:為解決多因素內(nèi)在化學(xué)成分對(duì)不同品種煙葉的影響分析,為實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程質(zhì)量均勻化奠定基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)ANTARIS II近紅外光譜儀采集不同等級(jí)的成品煙葉煙堿、總糖、還原糖、總氮、K和CL六種化學(xué)成分含量。采用灰熵關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法,分析分為七個(gè)步驟:通過(guò)對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行規(guī)格化處理;計(jì)算出不同等級(jí)煙葉的各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)相對(duì)于最優(yōu)參考序列、最差參考序列的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù);計(jì)算不同等級(jí)煙葉不同指標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)密度分布值;根據(jù)每種指標(biāo)所占的權(quán)重計(jì)算權(quán)重密度分布值;計(jì)算灰色關(guān)聯(lián)熵;計(jì)算灰色熵關(guān)聯(lián)度;形成不同等級(jí)成品煙葉樣品的相對(duì)關(guān)聯(lián)度,根據(jù)灰色熵關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行不同等級(jí)煙葉的聚類分析。以麒麟復(fù)烤廠的23個(gè)等級(jí)成品煙的六個(gè)化學(xué)成分為分析對(duì)象,最后聚為五個(gè)類別,每個(gè)類別在六個(gè)指標(biāo)含量上總是最接近的。通過(guò)把灰色熵關(guān)聯(lián)方法建立的煙葉聚類模型與傳統(tǒng)感官品吸結(jié)論進(jìn)行比較,證實(shí)通過(guò)灰色熵關(guān)聯(lián)方法建立的煙葉聚類模型與傳統(tǒng)品吸結(jié)論比較吻合,可以用此方法對(duì)選后煙葉進(jìn)行分析,建立復(fù)烤加工配方的參考模型,有利于提高配方的科學(xué)性,在均質(zhì)化生產(chǎn)模型建立上邁進(jìn)重要的一步。
  Abstract: In order to solve the influence of multi-factor intrinsic chemical composition on different varieties of tobacco leaves, and lay the foundation for achieving the homogenization of the production process the nicotine, different levels of finished tobacco tobacco nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, K and CL six chemical composition content were obtained by ANTARIS II near infrared spectroscopy.
