摘 要 目的：探討行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)老年患者的臨床護(hù)理方法和效果。方法：選擇2014年9月—2016年9月收治的行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)老年患者92例，隨機(jī)法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各46例。對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組進(jìn)行優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理，觀察兩組護(hù)理滿意度和效果。結(jié)果：觀察組的護(hù)理質(zhì)量和健康知識(shí)掌握評(píng)分分別為（98.44±0.41）分和（96.09±5.46）分，對(duì)照組分別為（90.12±1.52）分和（89.61±6.33）分，組間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0 . 0 5）。觀察組的住院費(fèi)用和住院時(shí)間分別為（7 028.32±301.22）元和（4.41±0.55）d，對(duì)照組分別為（8 029.12±402.46）元和（6.91±0.72）d，組間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組的護(hù)理滿意度為97.83%（45/46），對(duì)照組為82.61%（38/46），組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)患者能預(yù)防并發(fā)癥，縮短住院時(shí)間。

　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the clinical nursing methods and effect for elderly patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： From September 2014 to September 2016 92 elderly patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 46 cases in each group according to the random method. The control group received routine nursing care， and the observation group was given high quality care. The nursing satisfaction and effect were observed in the two groups. Results： The scores of nursing quality and health knowledge in the observation group were （98.44±0.41） points and （96.09±5.46） points， respectively and those in the control group were（90.12±1.52） points and （89.61±6.33） points， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time of the observation group were （7 028.32±301.22） Yuan and （4.41±0.55） d， respectively， and those of the control group were （8 029.12±402.46） and （6.91±0.72） d， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.83%（45/46）， and that of the control group was 82.61%（38/46）， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can prevent complications and shorten the length of hospital stay.

　　腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)具有并發(fā)癥少、恢復(fù)快、操作簡單、安全性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛用于膽囊良性病變治療中[1]。但有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，因?yàn)槔夏昊颊吣挲g較大，身體各項(xiàng)功能明顯衰退，且合并諸多慢性疾病，如果術(shù)后護(hù)理不當(dāng)，容易出現(xiàn)諸多并發(fā)癥，影響患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)[2-3]。本文報(bào)道優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)老年患者中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
