[摘要] 目的 分析精神科護理不良事件原因分析及防范措施。方法 統(tǒng)計該院2016年1—12月主動上報的50例精神科護理不良事件，對護理不良事件出現(xiàn)的具體原因進行分析，并且找出相應的防范措施。結(jié)果 患者間互傷是導致精神科護理不良事件出現(xiàn)的主要原因，所占比重為24.00%，除此之外，醫(yī)囑執(zhí)行錯誤、暴力促使護理人員受傷、給藥錯誤、治療不及時、針刺傷、壓瘡、燙傷、跌倒、墜床、藥物中毒、管道滑脫、標本錯誤等也是導致護理不良事件出現(xiàn)的原因；午間、夜間、凌晨、飯前、交接班、節(jié)假日、節(jié)前及工作繁忙時是精神科護理不良事件發(fā)生的主要時間段，所占比重為66.00%；護齡為6～9年N2級護理人員不良護理事件發(fā)生率最高，所占比重為60.00%，與其它級層對比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 精神科護理不良事件出現(xiàn)的原因多種多樣，護理管理者要對其加強管理，將護理人員的安全意識提高，對人力資源進行合理配備，加強重點時段、重點人員管理，查找護理工作中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)及安全隱患，防患于未然，有效保障護理安全。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the causes and preventive measures of nursing adverse events in psychiatric department. Methods 50 cases of psychiatric nursing adverse events reported by this hospital from January to December 2016 were analyzed， and the specific causes of nursing adverse events were analyzed， and the corresponding preventive measures were found out. Results The patients of mutual injury was the main cause of psychiatric nursing adverse events， the proportion was 24.00%， in addition， implementation errors， violence prompted nursing staff injury， medication errors， not timely treatment， stab wounds， pressure sores， burns， falls， falling out of bed， drug poisoning， spondylolisthesis， pipeline sample error were the causes of nursing adverse events； noon， night and before dawn， before meals， shift， holidays， before holiday and busy work were the main period of psychiatric nursing adverse events， the proportion was 66.00%； nursing age for 6～9 years N2， whose nursing adverse incident rate accounted for the highest proportion of 60.00%， compared with the other levels the differences was statistically signifinant（P<0.05）. Conclusion There are various causes of psychiatric nursing adverse events， nursing managers should strengthen the management of the nursing staff， help them increase their safety awareness， improve the human resource reasonably allocation， strengthen key period， key personnel management， find the weak links in nursing work and safety hazards， take preventive measures to effectively protect the safety of nursing.

　　臨床上，護理不良事件指的是發(fā)生于護理過程中，并且未預計、不屬于計劃中，并且不希望出現(xiàn)的事件。護理不良事件主要包括患者在住院期間出現(xiàn)的燙傷、窒息、誤吸、走失、用藥錯誤以及跌倒等意外情況[1-3]�，F(xiàn)階段，我國住院精神疾病患者具有較高的意外發(fā)生率，這也會相應的導致護患關(guān)系惡化。醫(yī)院精神科屬于護理不良事件的高發(fā)病區(qū)[4-5]。為了對精神科護理不良事件進行有效防范，該研究方便選取2016年1—12月該院主動上報的50例精神科護理不良事件，對護理不良事件出現(xiàn)的具體原因進行分析，總結(jié)如下。
