[摘要] 目的 觀察熱毒寧注射液聯(lián)合凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌活菌片治療重癥手足口病的療效。方法 隨機(jī)篩選該院于2014年5月—2017年5月期間診療的重癥手足口病患兒84例，按照病歷號(hào)單偶數(shù)的差異，將患兒分為兩組各42例，即單藥組和聯(lián)合組。單藥組患兒給予熱毒寧注射液?jiǎn)嗡幹委�，�?lián)合組患兒給予熱毒寧注射液聯(lián)合凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌活菌片治療，對(duì)比分析兩組患兒臨床療效。結(jié)果 單藥組患兒治療總有效率為66.67%，聯(lián)合組患兒治療總有效率為95.24%，即兩組患兒治療總有效率數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比中，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。聯(lián)合組患兒皰疹消失時(shí)間為（6.14±1.77）d、食欲恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間為（2.68±0.82）d、體溫恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間為（3.33±0.90）d、腹瀉消失時(shí)間為（2.44±0.68）d；單藥組患兒皰疹消失時(shí)間為（7.44±1.63）d、食欲恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間為（3.64±0.68）d、體溫恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間為（3.99±0.81）d、腹瀉消失時(shí)間為（4.01±1.42）d，即聯(lián)合組患兒癥狀消失時(shí)間均較短于單藥組，即兩組患兒癥狀消失時(shí)間對(duì)比中，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 熱毒寧注射液聯(lián)合凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌活菌片在重癥手足口病救治中，具有治療總有效率高的特點(diǎn)，能夠顯著改善患兒臨床癥狀，存在臨床價(jià)值。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of Reduning injection combined with live bacillus coagulans tablets in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease. Methods 84 cases were randomly selected in the department from May 2014 to May 2017 during the diagnosis and treatment of severe HFMD patients， according to the difference of the medical record number of single and even， children were divided into two groups， each of 42 cases， namely single medicine group and combination group. The single drug group was given Reduning injection monotherapy， the combination group was given Reduning injection combined with live bacillus coagulans tablets， and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the single drug group， the total effective rate was 66.67%， in combination group the total efficiency of 95.24%，the difference was statistically significant in the two groups of the total efficiency（P<0.05）. In the combination group， the time of herpes was（6.14±1.77）d， and the normal time of appetite recovery was（2.68±0.82）d，and the normal time of recovery was （3.33±0.90）d，and the time of diarrhea disappeared was（2.44±0.68）d. Single drug groups of children with herpes disappear time was（7.44±1.63）d， appetite returns to normal time of（3.64±0.68）d，body temperature returned to normal time was（3.99±0.81）d， diarrhea disappeared time was （4.01±1.42）d，namely the combination group of children with symptoms disappear time were shorter than the single drug group， namely the comparison of two groups of children with symptoms disappear time was statistical significantly different（P<0.05）. Conclusion Reduning injection combined with live bacillus coagulans tablets in the treatment of severe HFMD， with a high total effective rate， which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms with the clinical value.
