[摘要]目的 探究熱淋清聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星在治療慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎中的臨床效果，并對其治療安全性進(jìn)行評價。方法 選取2015年5月～2017年5月我院收治的100例慢性前列腺炎患者作為研究對象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為對照組和研究組，每組各50例。對照組患者采用左氧氟沙星治療，研究組患者采用熱淋清聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療。比較兩組患者的治療效果、前列腺液白細(xì)胞指數(shù)（EPS-WBC）、前列腺炎癥指數(shù)（CPSI）以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 研究組患者的治療總有效率（98.00%）高于對照組（78.00%），差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，研究組患者的EPS-WBS和CPSI顯著低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 熱淋清聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎具有顯著療效，能夠改善患者的臨床癥狀，且不良反應(yīng)較少，值得在臨床上推廣。

　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Relinqing combined with Levofloxacin in thetreatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and evaluate its therapeutic safety.Methods From May 2015 to May 2017，100 patients diagnosed as chronic bacterial prostatitis treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.By a random number table mathod，they were evenly divided into research group and control group，50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group was treated with Levofloxacin，while the research group was treated wuth Relinqing combined with Levofloxacin.The treatment effect，the white blood cell index of the prostatic fluid （EPS-WBC），the prostate inflammation index （CPSI） and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the study group （98.00%） was higher than that in the control group （78.00%），and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.After treatment，the EPS-WBS and CPSI of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Relinqing and Levofloxacin obtains a remarkable effect on treating chronic bacterial prostatitis by improving patients′ clinical symptoms in few adverse reactions，which is worthy of clinical promotion.

　　慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎在臨床上較常見的泌尿生殖疾病，多發(fā)于中年男性，但是目前對其發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未明確[1]。細(xì)菌性前列腺炎多是由于機(jī)體受到病原體逆行感染所致，其中病原菌多為葡萄球菌屬，具有反復(fù)發(fā)作、治療周期長等特點(diǎn)，嚴(yán)重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量[2]。其臨床癥狀表現(xiàn)為尿頻、尿急、尿路感染以及尿潴留等，臨床上常采用白細(xì)胞計數(shù)和影像學(xué)檢查進(jìn)行診斷[3-4]。目前對于該病的治療，初期采用抗生素初步改善病情，后運(yùn)用α-受體阻斷劑和熱敷按摩等方法來改善尿路水腫，嚴(yán)重者需采用手術(shù)進(jìn)行治療[5-6]。本研究選取我院收治的100例慢性前列腺炎患者作為研究對象，探究熱淋清聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎中的臨床效果和安全性，現(xiàn)報道如下。
