[摘要]目的 觀察前列清湯聯(lián)合抗生素及坦索羅辛治療濕熱下注型慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎的效果。方法 選取2012年5月～2016年6月我院男科門診收治的濕熱下注型慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎患者80例，隨機(jī)分為治療組，對(duì)照組，各40例。兩組均口服抗生素及坦索羅辛，治療組加服前列清湯，療程為4周。結(jié)果 兩組治療后中醫(yī)癥狀積分與本組治療前比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），治療組治療后的中醫(yī)癥狀積分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療組的總有效率為95.0%，對(duì)照組為67.5%，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義 （P<0.05）。結(jié)論 前列清湯聯(lián)合抗生素及坦索羅辛治療濕熱下注型慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎可以較好地降低中醫(yī)癥狀積分，改善患者的臨床癥狀，提高療效，且明顯優(yōu)于單純西藥治療。

　　Effect of Qianlieqing Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat

　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of Qianlieqing Decoction combined with antibiotics and tamsulosin in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat.Methods From May 2012 to June 2016，80 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat admitted into the department of andrology in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given orally antibiotics and Tamsulosin.The treatment group was further given Qianlieqing Decoction.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results There was a significant difference in TCM symptom score in the two groups after treatment compared with those before the treatment （P<0.05）.The score of TCM symptom in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95%，and the control group was 67.5%，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Qianlieqing Decoction combined with antibiotics and Tamsulosin in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat can better reduce TCM symptom score，improve clinical symptom of patients and improve the curative effect，which is significantly superior to the simple western medicine treatment.

　　慢性前列腺炎是男性最常見的疾病之一，其發(fā)病率為5%～16%，多見于性活動(dòng)頻繁的青壯年人群[1]。據(jù)報(bào)道，在一生中有50%的男性有過慢性前列腺炎的癥狀，并因此而就醫(yī)。由于前列腺炎的病因復(fù)雜，病程較長(zhǎng)，復(fù)發(fā)率高，對(duì)部分患者的日常工作和生活造成嚴(yán)重影響。美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院（NIH）根據(jù)前列腺炎的基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床研究情況將前列腺炎分為4個(gè)類型，其中慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎（Ⅱ型）的發(fā)病約占各類前列腺炎的5%～8%[2]，臨床上大多采用抗生素及α-受體阻滯劑治療，但單純西藥治療往往達(dá)不到滿意的效果。中醫(yī)藥治療前列腺炎的歷史悠久，具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。本研究以“中醫(yī)辨證”“西醫(yī)辨病”相結(jié)合，采用前列清湯聯(lián)合西藥治療濕熱下注型慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎，并與單純西藥治療進(jìn)行比較，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
