2007年，青島被批準(zhǔn)為第六個(gè)國家動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。目前擁有各類動(dòng)漫企業(yè)40余家，其中網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、影視動(dòng)畫、多媒體設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)30余家，游戲研發(fā)、運(yùn)營企業(yè)10余家。從業(yè)人員近千人，動(dòng)漫、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲及相關(guān)衍生產(chǎn)品企業(yè)年銷售收入已經(jīng)達(dá)到了8億多元。
　　
　　“動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，不僅具有經(jīng)濟(jì)意義，在弘揚(yáng)民族文化，彰顯城市品牌當(dāng)中，同樣具有不可替代的作用”，青島市動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)會(huì)會(huì)長孫百剛?cè)缡钦f�？拷鼊�(dòng)漫強(qiáng)國日、韓的優(yōu)越地理位置，使青島在日韓動(dòng)漫潛移默化的刺激中很容易形成動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)良好氛圍。相對較好的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)上，也不斷涌現(xiàn)出歐亞世紀(jì)、靈鏡數(shù)碼、星動(dòng)數(shù)碼、四維空間動(dòng)漫科技等有活力的企業(yè)和貓小樂、單偉等一批在業(yè)界有特色、有影響的本土青年原創(chuàng)漫畫家。據(jù)從2003年起就參與青島市國際動(dòng)漫藝術(shù)節(jié)組織籌辦的市北區(qū)動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長李兆奇介紹，青島的動(dòng)漫愛好者數(shù)量眾多，大大小小的動(dòng)漫社團(tuán)也層出不窮，成員總量已經(jīng)超過了5000人，由此帶來了巨大的產(chǎn)品購買力和發(fā)展空間。
　　利用區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，青島市也一直積極致力于建設(shè)動(dòng)漫基地園區(qū)。2007年，青島軟件園投資2500萬元設(shè)立了數(shù)字動(dòng)漫平臺(tái)，為動(dòng)漫企業(yè)提供專業(yè)的制作設(shè)備和技術(shù)支持及周邊產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、制作；2008年，青島市新設(shè)立的每年5000萬元文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展資金和每年1億元服務(wù)外包扶持資金都將對動(dòng)漫企業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行大力扶持；2009年，青島市市南區(qū)人民政府和青島國際動(dòng)漫游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)園有限公司獲得“2008年度中國游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)支持獎(jiǎng)”，更是為青島市動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)寫下了重重的一筆。前不久，青島市文化局又與招商銀行青島分行簽署了支持文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。未來3年內(nèi)，招商銀行青島分行將為青島市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供總額不少于100億元人民幣的信用額度。青島市走過的每一個(gè)腳步都鏗鏘有力，這為成長中的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了很好的空間和土壤。
　　“青島市動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)還處在成長階段，不能單純地依靠政府，我們希望能有更多其他行業(yè)的人士參與其中，一起支持青島動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展�！币詣�(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)會(huì)為平臺(tái)，為青島市動(dòng)漫企業(yè)服務(wù)，吸引更多的社會(huì)資金投入到原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫的制作中來……這是孫百剛會(huì)長的心聲。與此同時(shí)，青島市的動(dòng)漫游戲企業(yè)也都在積蓄力量，通過自身的突破和創(chuàng)新，為青島打造動(dòng)漫游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)基地共同努力。
　　
　　In 2007, Qingdao was validated as the sixth national base of the animated cartoon creation industry. Throughout the city there are already more than 40 enterprises involved in the animated cartoon industry, among which more than 30 are engaged in network games, movies and animated television cartoons, and multimedia design, and more than 10 are engaged in the R & D and operation of network games. With nearly 1,000 employees, the enterprises involved in animated cartoon, network games and related products can turn over annual sales incomes amounting to more than 800 million yuan.
　　
　　Availing itself of its geographical advantages, Qingdao has been engaged in the construction of an animated cartoon base. In 2007, Qingdao Software Park invested 25 million yuan in constructing a digital animated cartoon platform. In 2008, Qingdao City established a cultural industry development foundation that can provide 50 million yuan of funds annually and outsourcing support funds that can provide 100 million yuan to support the enterprises concerned. In 2009, the government of Shinan District, Qingdao City and Qingdao International Animated Cartoon Game Industry Park were granted the "2008 China Award for Supporting the Game Industry." All the efforts Qingdao made in this industry have provided good scope and soil for the growing animated cartoon industry.
