這是外企常問(wèn)的問(wèn)題。一般人回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題過(guò)于平常,只說(shuō)姓名、年齡、愛(ài)好、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),這些在簡(jiǎn)歷上都有,其實(shí),外企最希望知道的是求職者能否勝任工作,包括:最強(qiáng)的技能、最深入研究的知識(shí)領(lǐng)域、個(gè)性中最積極的部分、做過(guò)的最成功的事,主要的成就等,這些都可以和學(xué)習(xí)無(wú)關(guān),也可以和學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān),但要突出積極的個(gè)性和做事的能力,說(shuō)得合情合理外企才會(huì)相信。外企很重視一個(gè)人的禮貌,求職者要尊重考官,在回答每個(gè)問(wèn)題之后都說(shuō)一句“謝謝”。外企喜歡有禮貌的求職者。

最好的答案是你的朋友或者家人,盡量避免說(shuō)及名人。
9.你想有個(gè)什么樣的上司?
其實(shí),你在此的上司并不是你能選擇得了的,這點(diǎn)你一定要明確。那么,既然不能選擇什么上司,你在回答這樣的問(wèn)題時(shí)也就只能從原則上講了,比如希望上司能具有專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)、能以身作則、能平易近人、能指點(diǎn)迷津、能用人不疑、能揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短、能有些人情味等等。
11.自我評(píng)價(jià)一下你自己,最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及最大的缺點(diǎn),另外你的人生規(guī)劃是什么?

26.開(kāi)證行有權(quán)拒付貨款。(2分)
(1)不可撤銷信用證:未經(jīng)開(kāi)證行、保兌行(若已保兌)和受益人同意,不可撤銷信用證既不能修改,也不能取消。因此,對(duì)于不可撤銷信用證中任何條款的修改,都必須要在有關(guān)當(dāng)事人全部同意以后才能生效。本案例中,賣方未通知開(kāi)證銀行改證,違反了信用證修改的規(guī)定。(6分)
