摘要 [目的]研究峨眉山市和夾江縣茶園土壤及茶葉Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、As和Hg 6種重金屬含量，并進(jìn)行污染評價。[方法]采用原子吸收分光光度法測定重金屬Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb的含量以及原子熒光分光光度法測定As、Hg的含量，以《土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 15618—1995》為依據(jù)，采用單因子污染指數(shù)和綜合污染指數(shù)對茶園土壤樣品進(jìn)行評價。[結(jié)果]Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、As、Hg的平均含量分別為30.59、67.08、0.35、24.15、13.32、0.13 mg/kg，根據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 15618—1995土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量二級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值，Cd處于臨界水平，而重金屬Cu、Cr、Pb、As、Hg的單項污染指數(shù)均小于1.0，屬于安全級別。以GB 2762—2012、NY 659—2003、NY/T 288—2012為依據(jù)，5個采樣點茶園茶葉原料樣品中的Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、As、Hg的含量均遠(yuǎn)低于國標(biāo)或部頒的最高含量限值。[結(jié)論]峨眉山市和夾江縣區(qū)域茶葉中重金屬是安全的，符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

　　Pollutim Evaluation of Heavy Metals in Soil of Tea Plantations and Tea at Emeishan and Jiajiang

　　Abstract [Objective] The aim was to study heavy metal content in soil of tea plantations and tea at Emeishan and Jiajiang，and evaluate the pollution degree.[Method]Thecontent of Cu，Cr，Pb，Cd，As and Hg were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry，based on “GB15618 - 1995” of “soil environmental quality standard”， the single factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index were used to evaluate the soil samples in tea plantation.[Result] The results showed that the average content of Cu， Cr， Cd， Pb， As，Hg were 30.59、67.08、0.35、24.15、13.32 and 0.13mg / kg in soils of the tea plantations， according to the national standard GB15618 - 1995 soil environmental quality secondary standard values， Cd in a critical level， and the single pollution index of Cu， Cr， Pb， Hg， as were less than 1.0， it belongs to the level of security. Based on GB2762-2012/NY659-2003 /NY/T288-2012 ， the contentof Cu， Cr， Cd， Pb， As， Hg of tea samples of raw materialswere obtained in the five sampling point. The contents were much lower than the national standard or issued by the Department of the highest content limit. [Conclusion]The heavy metals content of Emeishan city and jiajiang county are safe and accord with national standard

　　目前世界所發(fā)現(xiàn)的山茶科植物共有23屬380余種，而在我國西南的四川、云南和貴州3省有100多種。西南地區(qū)河谷縱橫，山巒起伏，海拔高低相差懸殊，且地形地貌變化多端，形成了眾多氣候差異較大的小地貌區(qū)和小氣候區(qū)，引起茶樹種類變異，從而發(fā)展進(jìn)化成熱帶型大葉種茶樹、亞熱帶型中葉種茶樹與溫帶型中葉種及小葉種茶樹。被譽(yù)為“中國綠茶之都”的四川省樂山市茶園基地面積超過4萬hm2，其茶葉年總產(chǎn)量達(dá)2.5萬t，茶葉年產(chǎn)值達(dá)5.6億元，分別占全省的25%、20%、27%[1]。
　　相對于其他茶葉種植區(qū)域的茶園土壤重金屬調(diào)查與分析[2-6]，樂山市區(qū)域的茶園重金屬調(diào)查較少。筆者以樂山市峨眉山市和夾江縣的多處茶園為研究對象，通過對調(diào)查區(qū)域土樣和茶樣中Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、As、Hg 6種重金屬含量進(jìn)行測定，并采用Pi單項污染指數(shù)法和內(nèi)梅羅綜合污染指數(shù)法評價土壤中重金屬污染程度，旨在為研究土壤中的重金屬污染程度、防治茶園土壤重金屬污染提供理論依據(jù)[3]。
