基于污染指數(shù)法的8種中藥材重金屬污染情況文獻研究

  摘要:目的 評價2015年版《中華人民共和國藥典》有明確重金屬及有害元素限量標準的8種植物類中藥材(山楂、枸杞子、白芍、金銀花、丹參、甘草、黃芪、西洋參)重金屬銅、汞、砷、鉛、鎘的污染情況。方法 計算機檢索中國知識資源總庫(CNKI)、中國學術期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(萬方數(shù)據(jù))、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(重慶維普)、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)、中文生物醫(yī)學期刊文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫(CMCC)1982年1月1日-2015年12月31日8種中藥材與重金屬相關文獻。檢索時間:2016年4月。采用單因子污染指數(shù)和內梅羅綜合污染指數(shù)分析中藥材重金屬污染情況。結果 經(jīng)篩選,納入文獻259篇。甘草的鎘污染指數(shù)為5.28,黃芪和白芍的汞污染指數(shù)分別為1.48、3.94,均大于1。內梅羅綜合污染指數(shù)排序為丹參(0.39)<山楂(0.42)<枸杞子(0.56)<西洋參(0.78)<金銀花(0.83)<黃芪(1.38)<白芍(2.32)<甘草(3.70)。塊根類中藥材的汞、鎘污染指數(shù)分別為1.07、1.66;ü愔兴幉牡膬让妨_綜合污染指數(shù)為0.65,塊根類中藥材為1.3。結論 山楂、枸杞子、丹參為安全等級;金銀花、西洋參處于污染警戒線;黃芪為輕度污染,主要污染物為汞;白芍為中度污染,主要污染物為汞;甘草為重度污染,主要污染物為鎘;ü愔兴幉臑榘踩燃;塊根類中藥材為輕度污染,主要污染物為汞和鎘。應注重控制各種中藥材中單因子污染指數(shù)較高的重金屬含量。

  Literature Research in Contamination Index Method to Evaluate Heavy Metal Contamination in Eight Kinds of Chinese Materia Medica

  Abstract: Objective To analyze the pollution of heavy metals such as Cu, Hg, As, Pb, Cd in Chinese materia medica, a clear limit of heavy metals and harmful elements in 2015 version of the People"s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia, such as Crataegi Fructus, Lycii Fructus, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, and Panacis Quinguefoii Radix. Methods Computer was used to search articles about 8 kinds of Chinese materia medica and heavy metals in CNKI, China Academic Journal Database (Wanfang Data), Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (VIP), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Chinese Medical Current Contents (CMCC) from January 1, 1982 - December 31, 2015. Retrieval time: April 2016. Heavy metal pollution in Chinese materia medica was analyzed by single factor pollution index and Nemerow comprehensive pollution index. Results After screening, 259 articles were included. Pollution index of Cd in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was 5.28; pollution index of Hg was 1.48 in Astragali Radix and 3.94 in Paeoniae Radix Alba. Nemerow comprehensive pollution index sorting was Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (0.39) < Crataegi Fructus (0.42) < Lycii Fructus (0.56) < Panacis Quinguefoii Radix (0.78) < Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (0.83) < Astragali Radix (1.38) < Paeoniae Radix Alba (2.32) < Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (3.70). Pollution indexes of Hg and Cd in roots of Chinese materia medica were 1.07 and 1.66. The Nemerow comprehensive pollution index of Chinese materia medica of flower and fruit was 0.65, and the roots of Chinese materia medica was 1.3.
