摘 要：為探究烤煙烘烤變黃階段關(guān)鍵溫度點不同穩(wěn)溫時間對烤后煙葉品質(zhì)的影響，在變黃階段干球溫度達(dá)到38℃和42℃時設(shè)置4個不同穩(wěn)溫時間處理，研究變黃階段不同穩(wěn)溫時間與烤后煙葉等級質(zhì)量、主要化學(xué)成分及評吸質(zhì)量的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明：下部葉T1（38℃穩(wěn)溫24 h、42℃穩(wěn)溫12 h），中、上部葉T2（38℃穩(wěn)溫24 h、42℃穩(wěn)溫16 h）烤后煙葉質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)最好。從上等煙率和均價來看，下部葉T1均價為1775元/kg，較其他處理高043元/kg～077 元/kg；中部葉T2分別為5926%、2126 元/kg，分別較其他處理高134%～461%、025 元/kg～084 元/kg；上部葉T2分別為4196%、1921元/kg，分別較其他處理高185%～315%、026元/kg～078元/kg。同時，下部葉T1、中部葉T2、上部葉T2也表現(xiàn)出化學(xué)成分較為協(xié)調(diào)，評吸得分最高。

　　Effects of Different Stable Times at Key Temperatures in Yellowing Stage on Quality of Tobacco Leaves after Curing

　　Abstract：In order to study the effects of different stable times at key temperatures in yellowing stage on quality of tobacco leaves after curing， four treatments of stable time were established when temperature reached 38 degrees or 42 degrees. This was to examine the relationship between the different stable times and grade quality， main chemical components， smoking quality in the yellowing stage after curing. The results showed that the quality of lower leaves treated at T1 （38℃ stabilized for 24h and 42℃ stabilized for 12h） and that of middle and upper leaves treated at T2 （38℃ stabilized for 24h and 42℃ stabilized for 16h） after curing were the best. The average price of the first-class lower leaves treated at T1 were 17.75 yuan/kg， which was 0.43 yuan/kg～0.77 yuan/kg higher than other treatments. The first class middle leaves treated as T2 were 59.26%， which was 1.34%～4.61% higher than other treatments， and their average price is 21.26 yuan/kg， which was 0.25 yuan/kg～0.84 yuan/kg higher than other treatments. The first-class upper leaves treated at T2 were 41.96%， which was 1.85%～3.15% higher than other treatments， and their average price was 19.21 yuan/kg， which was 0.26 yuan/kg～0.78 yuan/kg higher than other treatments. At the same time， the lower leaves at T1， middle leaves and upper leaves at T2 also showed that the chemical composition was more coordinated and the smoking score was the highest.
