  摘要 [目的]探討煙葉烘烤新能源對(duì)普通燃煤的替代效果,為生物質(zhì)燃料的推廣應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。[方法]以云煙87、普通燃煤及煙稈壓塊生物質(zhì)燃料為研究材料,設(shè)計(jì)4個(gè)處理組合,考察各處理烤后中部煙葉的外觀質(zhì)量、等級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)、主要化學(xué)成分、評(píng)吸質(zhì)量、能耗成本的差異。[結(jié)果]各處理的烤后中部煙葉在外觀質(zhì)量上無(wú)顯著差異,但T2處理的上中等煙率及均價(jià)最高,常規(guī)化學(xué)成分最為協(xié)調(diào),評(píng)吸得分最高,能耗綜合成本最低。[結(jié)論]綜合分析可得,“三段式”烘烤模式中,于“定色”階段推廣使用生物質(zhì)燃料替代普通燃煤,對(duì)降低普通燃煤的消耗,節(jié)約烘烤成本,有效改善烤后煙葉品質(zhì)等有非常重要的意義,具有較強(qiáng)的推廣應(yīng)用前景。

  Abstract [Objective]To study the effect that new energy resources replace coal in tobacco curing, and to provide scientific theory for extension and application of biomass fuels. [Method] Using Yunyan 87, ordinary coal and the biomass briquette fuels of tobacco straw as research materials, set up four treatments to analyze the difference of appearance, grade, main chemical components, smoking quality and energy costs of middle part tobacco leaves after curing. [Result] The results showed that the appearance quality of middle part tobacco leaves in each treatment was not significant, but the treatment of T2 had the highest proportion of superior tobacco and average price, the most coordinated conventional chemical compositions, the optimal smoking quality and the lowest cost. [Conclusion] According to comprehensive analysis, replacing coal with biomass fuel in color-fixing stage in the three-stage curing mode has important significance for reducing coal consumption, saving energy cost and improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco. Its popularization and application prospects are wide.

  當(dāng)前烤煙生產(chǎn)中,煙葉烘烤環(huán)節(jié)的燃料仍以普通燃煤為主,消耗能量較大,且燃燒時(shí)向大氣排放大量的粉塵、顆粒、CO2、SO2等有害物質(zhì),已經(jīng)與全球能源緊缺、共建綠色家園、行業(yè)減工降本等理念相悖,同時(shí)會(huì)對(duì)人類生存的環(huán)境造成危害。因此,近幾年,在烤煙種植生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,如何提高密集烤房的熱能利用率、減輕對(duì)大氣的污染、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排、提高烤后煙葉質(zhì)量、降低烘烤成本,從而增加煙農(nóng)種煙收益,已成為煙葉烘烤能源研究的重要課題[1]。目前,生物質(zhì)能[2]的利用越來(lái)越熱,由于其便于運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)存且可再生[3],已經(jīng)流通于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)燃煤,生物質(zhì)燃料有純度高、發(fā)熱量大、清潔衛(wèi)生、灰渣率低等天然優(yōu)點(diǎn),在煙葉烘烤中具備降低煙農(nóng)用工成本、優(yōu)化煙農(nóng)加煤工序、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、減少環(huán)境污染、精準(zhǔn)控制溫濕度等優(yōu)勢(shì),在全國(guó)廣大煙區(qū)已進(jìn)行了較多應(yīng)用研究[4-6]。王漢文等[7]
  研究表明,把玉米秸稈壓成塊狀,作為密集烤房烘烤煙葉用的燃料,完全能夠滿足烘烤工藝要求,降低了煙葉烘烤成本,有效提高了煙葉的內(nèi)在品質(zhì)。
  但是,關(guān)于生物質(zhì)燃料在煙葉烘烤應(yīng)用的相關(guān)研究中,以往的諸多報(bào)道多集中于生物質(zhì)燃料的制作成型、燃料的單一選擇及用量等方面的研究,且大多是停留在研究階段,并未進(jìn)行因地制宜地推廣應(yīng)用,而有關(guān)生物質(zhì)燃料與普通燃煤的結(jié)合高效應(yīng)用研究還很少見(jiàn)報(bào)道。因此,筆者探索分析了煙稈壓塊生物質(zhì)燃料部分替代普通燃煤對(duì)煙葉烘烤過(guò)程中減工降本、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及烤后煙葉品質(zhì)的影響效果,旨在探索出一種低成本、高效率的生物質(zhì)燃料與普通燃煤的最佳燃料組合,對(duì)解決煙葉烘烤燃料替代問(wèn)題具有重要意義,為生物質(zhì)燃料在煙葉烘烤中的推廣應(yīng)用提供有力的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。
