摘 要：為了解河南煙區(qū)烤煙焦油釋放量的區(qū)域特征及其感官質(zhì)量特征，選取河南煙區(qū)初烤煙葉作為試驗(yàn)材料，測(cè)定煙葉樣品的焦油量并進(jìn)行感官質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)，采用常規(guī)統(tǒng)計(jì)、地統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果表明：（1）河南烤煙煙葉焦油量的主要分布區(qū)間為16.0～22.0 mg/支，分布頻率累計(jì)值為89.19%；豫西地區(qū)焦油量最低，豫南煙區(qū)最高，其他地區(qū)焦油量居中；不同地區(qū)間焦油量存在顯著差異，總體空間變化趨勢(shì)由河南西部向中南部逐漸升高。（2）焦油量較高的烤煙煙葉，其感官指標(biāo)中的香氣質(zhì)、香氣量的得分均較高；焦油量較低的煙葉，其感官指標(biāo)中的余味分值相對(duì)較高。河南煙區(qū)可分為豫中南高焦油區(qū)和豫西低焦油區(qū)。

　　Spatial Distribution of Tar Content in Flue-cured Tobacco in Henan Tobacco Growth Regions and its Smoke Quality Characteristics

　　Abstract： In order to better understand the spatial distribution of tar release of flue-cured tobacco in Henan and its smoke quality characteristics， flue-cured tobacco leaf samples were collected from tobacco producing areas in Henan province， and tar release was determined and smoking quality was quantitatively assessed. The results showed that tar of Henan flue-cured tobacco ranged from 16.0 to 22.0 mg/cig， and the cumulative frequency distribution was 89.19%. Tar release of flue-cured tobacco in south of Henan Province was generally higher than that in west Henan and central Henan. Tar release of flue-cured tobacco in west Henan was the lowest. Tar release had a significant difference between different areas. Kriging map indicated that tar release increased from west to middle south. The higher tar release of flue-cured tobacco has a higher score of aroma quality and aroma volume， while the lower tar content of flue-cured tobacco， its after-taste has a relatively high score. Henan tobacco-growing areas can be divided into the high tar release and low tar release area.

　　焦油量是煙葉安全性評(píng)價(jià)的一項(xiàng)重要的指標(biāo)，煙氣的焦油生成量越低，卷煙的安全性越好。煙葉原料作為卷煙質(zhì)量的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，是卷煙焦油釋放量的決定因素，因此，選用適合生產(chǎn)低焦油卷煙的煙葉，顯得尤為迫切。目前，國內(nèi)有關(guān)煙葉焦油量的研究熱點(diǎn)主要集中在焦油量與外觀質(zhì)量[1-3]、理化特性[4-7]、感官質(zhì)量[8-10]、化學(xué)成分[11]的關(guān)系上，對(duì)烤煙主產(chǎn)煙區(qū)煙葉焦油量的區(qū)域差異研究[12-13]也有涉及。河南作為典型濃香型烤煙產(chǎn)區(qū)，在卷煙原料供應(yīng)方面占有舉足輕重的地位，但針對(duì)河南煙區(qū)烤煙焦油量方面的研究卻少有報(bào)道。為此，以河南烤煙中部葉為材料，采用常規(guī)統(tǒng)計(jì)和地理統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相結(jié)合的方法，分析探討河南煙區(qū)烤煙焦油量的生態(tài)區(qū)域差異和空間分布狀況，同時(shí)采用聚類分析對(duì)焦油量進(jìn)行分組，在分組基礎(chǔ)上比較煙葉感官質(zhì)量指標(biāo)差異，對(duì)進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)河南特色優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉開發(fā)，提高
