首先：中國(guó)古代法律是諸法合體，以刑為主，在各種法律規(guī)范中，刑法是一支獨(dú)秀，受到歷代統(tǒng)治者的倍加關(guān)注。其中讓我印象比較深刻的是車(chē)裂、剝 皮、烹 煮等非常殘酷的刑罰。中國(guó)古代刑法文化源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，為中國(guó)的奴隸社會(huì)、封建社會(huì)和半封建半殖民地社會(huì)形態(tài)的演變和發(fā)展作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。中國(guó)古代法律也是是“禮治”與“法治”相結(jié)合的法律傳統(tǒng)。
