Currently, the pressure of fast-paced life style has been increasing gradually, so recreational activities are particularly important for people. It can make people relax tense emotion and reduce stress, bring people ease and comfort.

For me, my usual entertainment activities are various, such as doing sports, singing, surfing at the Internet, reading and so on. My favorite one is doing exercises, for health is the vital pre-condition for doing others. Every day when finishing a day's work, I prefer to playing badminton or doing the yoga at home. All these games can make my tensed and mechanical body relaxed. And the yoga could smooth my frustrated spirit. And after that, I just like a recharged machine to become energetic again. More importantly, the necessary exercise can also help me keep fit and is conducive to the physical and mental health.

On Discount “折扣”之我見

打折一直以來是各商家吸引顧客的一種手段。每逢節(jié)假日，這種現(xiàn)象更甚。

對于此，有些人認為打折商品物美價廉，很值得購買，既節(jié)省了金錢，又滿足了自己的需求；而有些人則不認同。這些人始終堅信“一分價錢一分貨”，折扣商品可能是質(zhì)量或性能上存在問題缺陷的產(chǎn)品，不能貪圖一時便宜而買回低質(zhì)量不好的產(chǎn)品。

我個人看法，不能絕對地說折扣商品好或者是不好，應(yīng)該一分為二的看問題。在購買打折產(chǎn)品時，要嚴格檢查其質(zhì)量和性能，這樣就既能保證低價，又能買到質(zhì)優(yōu)的產(chǎn)品。

The discount, a way of promotion, has been chosen by various businesses as an effective means to attract more customers. Especially in holiday, this phenomenon is even more such.

For this thing, some people think the discounted merchandise is worth buying, which can not only save money, but also to meet their needs. While, some ones do not agree with that point of view. These people have always firmly believed that the price always presents the real quality of goods. Those discount merchandise may has some defect problems on the quality or bad performance, they cannot just for the sake of saving expense to buy back some products with bad low qualities. My personal opinion is that we cannot judge the discounted good or poor dogmatically, but we should look into two parts. When purchasing the discounted products, it is necessary to strictly check the quality and performance, so that you can guarantee both the low cost and high quality.

作為擁有濃厚文化底蘊和諸多壯美自然景觀的國家，中國已成為全球最火爆的旅游目的地之

一。近年來，國外游客成批入境中國，開始他們所追求的文明古國之旅。

對于此，有些人認為這是一個很好的機會，我國應(yīng)該大力支持發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。一來可以帶動國內(nèi)一系列諸如酒店、餐飲、產(chǎn)品零售等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，為國家?guī)�來�?jīng)濟效益；二來可以促進多元文化的交流碰撞，有利于更加豐富我國的文化元素。還有一些人則持消極看法，認為伴隨旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展隨之而來的是一系列環(huán)境問題和社會問題：比如環(huán)境的污染，自然景觀的破壞、以及各國文化差異的沖突。

As a country that has a rich cultural heritage and enormous magnificent natural landscape, China has become one of the world's most popular tourist destinations. In recent years, batches of foreign tourists enter in China to realize their pursuit of ancient and mysterious civilizations.

For this, some people think this is a good opportunity for China to expand the development of the tourism industry. Firstly, it can stimulate domestic development of a series of related industries such as hotels, catering, products retail and other economic benefits for the country. Secondly, It can promote multi-cultural exchange, which is conducive to eich Chinese cultural elements. On the other hand, there are those ones who hold a pessimistic view. in my opinion,

the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is

true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow

into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play.

playing is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also

exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study. finally,

the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause

serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the

elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a

reduction of the

current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

never found again. this is something which i learned very clearly last semester. i

spent so much time fooling around that my grades began to suffer. i finally realized

that something had to be done. it was time for a change.

now i have a new

plan for using my time wisely. i have set my alarm clock ahead half an hour. this

will give me a head start on the day. i have also decided to keep a log of what i

do and when i do it. looking back on what i’ve done will give me some ideas on how

what i usually do

to relax after school is jogging and seeing movies. usually i dont spare time for

exercise, but i value the physical education class at school. jogging several rounds

in the field certainly relieves the days pressure. on weekends, ill catch the morning

movie for my visual enjoyment. i feel revived and energetic for another weeks

work-load.
